Start with intent

Describe what you want to accomplish: inspect a project, bring sources, change the Plan, carry out a task, configure access or recover state. The selected skill supplies the procedure and its gates.

Example: “Inspect the current source coverage and tell me what is missing before planning more work.”

Separate reading from changes

An informational read does not refresh source bytes, change a Plan or run a task. Use the owning refresh, planning or execution workflow when those effects are intended.

A workflow can contain several typed actions. The public skill and the engine action are related but are not the same interface.

A document example

Select the documents and requested output. Register exact source identities, prepare and execute admitted source work, inspect extraction coverage, then plan and produce the requested deliverable. Verify the output against its task and preserve its references.

Continue with the correct boundary

Resume uses exact recorded context. Source refresh updates changed evidence. Recovery restores or backs up the selected separate state. Task exchange transfers typed evidence without merging ownership.
